United Way of the Southern Tier is partnering with three senior meal programs to hold a stocking stuffers drive.
Chemung County Meals on Wheels, Corning Meals on Wheels and the Senior Nutrition Program of ProAction of Steuben and Yates Inc. are seeking items including pens and small notepads; travel-size toiletries, hand sanitizer and lotions; pocket-sized tissue packs; puzzle books; sugar-free hot cocoa packets; chapstick and lip balm; eye-glass cleaner; and playing cards and card games.
Items can be dropped off at the meal programs or ordered online and shipped. The items will be delivered to home-bound seniors who receive meals from the programs. All items must be received by Dev. 4.
For drop-off addresses, Chemung County Meals on Wheels, 409 William St., Elmira, has hours from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Fridays.
Corning Meals on Wheels, 144 Cedar St., Corning, has hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
The ProAction of Steuben & Yates Inc. Senior Nutrition Program, Lakeview Apartments Dining Room, 105 Geneva St., Bath, has hours from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
