JOB TITLE: Rewards Club Associate
DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing
REPORTS TO: Rewards Club Supervisors, Rewards Club Manager, and Sales and Marketing Director
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE: Must have excellent communication skills. One to three years of customer service preferred. Knowledge of basic Windows application.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for Comping of Primary Players. 2. Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality. 3. Keeps informed of all special events and promotions. 4. Enrollment of guests into the Express Club. 5. Handles redemption of points. 6. Works “Special Events” when scheduled. 7. Promotes Express Club and casino through daily contact with guests. 8. Acts as information center for guests. 9. Attends meetings when necessary. 10. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 11. Regular attendance necessary. 12. Regular punctuality necessary. 13. Available and willing to work any changes in hours on the schedule at any time during employment.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES: 1. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 2. Professional paging and telephone skills. 3. Problem solving capabilities. 4. Beginner computer skills. 5. Ability to work well with others. 6. Detail oriented and able to handle more than one task at a time. 7. Basic Windows application.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mobility throughout the facility.
